Independent Refund Policy — Virtual Goods & Recharge
Version: 2026.10.04 · Effective Date: October 4, 2026 (U.S. Eastern Time)
Last Updated: October 4, 2026 · Operator: HBTERA INC (Idaho, USA)
Covers in-game Coins, helper items, and Coin packs purchased on the Recharge page

This independent Refund Policy is issued by HBTERA INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1015 S STANLEY ST, Boise, Idaho, United States. It applies to Virtual Goods and recharge (fiat-currency) transactions for TOWER BUILD. Interpretation and enforcement follow applicable United States federal law and Idaho law, including the Idaho Consumer Protection Act (Idaho Code §§ 48-601 et seq.) regarding unfair or deceptive commercial practices, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising and consumer-protection rules. Read this Policy together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. HBTERA INC is the sole operator and, unless checkout states otherwise, the merchant of record.

By spending Coins in the game, or by starting a recharge purchase, you acknowledge this Policy. Where your state or another jurisdiction grants non-waivable consumer rights, this Policy applies only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory rules control in the event of conflict. Idaho law does not generally require a cooling-off or no-reason return for delivered digital content; this Policy describes when we will re-deliver or refund as a matter of practice and where law requires it.

1. What This Policy Covers

  1. Operator: All refund and re-delivery requests are handled by HBTERA INC only.
  2. In-game Virtual Goods: Helpers bought in SHOP with Coins already in your local balance (Slow Swing, Wide Block, Extra Life, Revive). These are virtual-currency exchanges, not cash sales, and are generally not refundable in cash except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the issue is caused by our fault.
  3. Recharge (fiat): Coin packs priced in U.S. dollars (USD) on the official Recharge page. Payment is completed only when you authorize a third-party processor and that processor confirms success. Submitting the recharge form alone is not a completed purchase.

2. Recharge: Delivery After Payment

  1. You may abandon checkout before processor authorization. No charge and no Coin delivery occur until payment is confirmed.
  2. After confirmed payment, we match User ID, email, pack, and payment reference, then deliver Coins. Typical delivery: 1–24 hours; extra verification may take up to 3 business days.
  3. Until delivery is complete, keep your order email and any processor confirmation.

3. Digital Goods and Final Sale

  1. Coins and helpers are digital content/services. After successful delivery, U.S. commercial practice (and Idaho law, which does not mandate a general digital cooling-off right) treats them as a final sale, except as stated below, under payment-provider rules, or where mandatory law requires otherwise. No-reason returns are not offered after delivery.
  2. You receive a limited license to use Virtual Goods—not ownership of physical property or a cash equivalent, except where law requires otherwise.

4. When Re-Delivery or a Refund May Be Available

You may request help if any of the following apply:

For “paid but not delivered” recharge orders, we first try to re-deliver Coins to the User ID you provided. If re-delivery is not possible or law requires a money refund, we refund through the original payment method. Bank or wallet timing is controlled by the processor and financial institutions, often several business days after we submit the refund.

5. How to Request a Refund or Re-Delivery (Process)

  1. Contact us within 7 days after successful payment or after you discover the issue (or within any longer period required by mandatory law). Use email subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Send these materials: User ID; contact email; pack name and USD amount; payment method (e.g. Cash App / Apple Pay); date/time; processor confirmation or reference; a short description of the problem; and, for in-game Coin spends, what item was bought.
  3. We review completeness and payment records. After we receive a complete request, we ordinarily respond within 3–10 business days (longer if the processor must investigate; we will tell you).
  4. Outcome: (a) re-deliver Virtual Goods; (b) refund via the original path; (c) explain why the request is not eligible; or (d) ask for more information.

6. Situations Generally Not Eligible for Cash Refund

7. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Idaho / Federal Rights

  1. If you open a chargeback with a payment provider, also email us so we can avoid duplicate recovery.
  2. Abusive chargebacks or false materials may result in suspension of delivery and remedies under the Terms of Use.
  3. Refund disputes follow the Terms of Use (written notice → negotiation → AAA individual arbitration / small-claims carve-out, with seat in Boise, Idaho, as applicable).
  4. Nothing in this Policy waives your right to complain to the FTC or the Idaho Attorney General’s consumer-protection division about alleged unfair or deceptive practices, or to exercise non-waivable rights under the Idaho Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law.

8. Effective Date, Changes, and Publication

  1. This Policy takes effect on the Effective Date above (U.S. Eastern Time) and applies to transactions and claims arising on or after that date.
  2. We may revise this Policy to reflect payment methods, products, or legal changes. The version on this page is the current official Refund Policy of HBTERA INC.
  3. Review this page before each recharge or in-game spend.
